You know what I love about being in a pretty religious family? It's that Biblical topics are perfect table-top convo starters.
I mean in what other family would you be able to make the Mosaic Law dinner table conversation?
Like how there's a law that you shouldn't cook a goat in its own milk or how you shouldn't butcher a chicken and cook it with its own eggs. I find it very interesting.
And on a less disgusting note, I've been on a scrubs marathon for the most part of my conscious days in bed.
I am IN LOVE with season eight. Especially the episodes with Kate Micucci in them.
I'm particularly in love with her songs "Screw You" and "Mr. Moon"
Her songs have a very kiddy-song feel-good tone to them so they're VERY pleasing to the ears and seriously, she does WONDERS with her ukulele.
Here's one of my faves from Scrubs, and although I've been told on more than one occasion that people don't really give a rat's ass about the songs I post here, this isn't a japanese song, so that should count for something right?
Kate Micucci - Screw You
I've got so many questions in my mind.
I've got so many answers to find.
Can you be the man, I've imagined?
Am I imagical enough for this to happen?
Because I like you, I like you, I like you, I like you.
And like can lead to like-like, and like-like can lead to love...
Sure as the stars above I'd really like to (screw you) kiss you. Oh!
Can I be the man you're looking for?
Can I be your girl forevermore?
I'll try real hard not to lose her.
And I'll try to be less of a loser
Because I like you, I like you, I like you, I like you.
And like can lead to like-like, and like-like can lead to love...
Sure as the stars above I'd really like to kiss you~
I cleaned up the lyrics a bit :)) I still find it hilarious though :P It's also pretty sweet, huh? :D Go search for her other song, Mr. Moon you Youtube :)
